Locals are encouraged to use their social media to advertise the Census to all.

A3902: Municipality Obligation Flexibility: The original intent of the law was to give municipalities flexibility in regards to property tax delays, but an unintended consequence was that School Districts may not be paid on time to pay employees. THIS WAS NOT THE INTENT and everyone from the Governor to the sponsors do NOT support the bill if this occurs. They are working with the NJEA and willing to add amendments so that school staff WILL be Paid. It is still in the Assembly and does not have a partner bill in the Senate.
A3813: Remote Virtual Instruction Counts Towards 180 Days during an emergency (of at least 3 days) (So this does not work for a snow day) and Coordinated Bargaining Agreements prevail. Waiting for Governor’s signature.
S2273 (Chapter 78) and ESP Rights…while there is large support, COVID issues take front and center. So no movement.
